4/1/11 - Fort Valley, VA. Massenutten Mountain, Shanendoa Valley

Going over our pre run strategy and directions. Good thing I ran with someone who knew where they were going because I was not paying attention and was focused on capturing some shots. We ran 36 miles through sun, rain and snow....and mostly on rocks. It was a great day and a very scenic run. Awesome group of friends to run with. Well worth the long drive!
